Doug GaffneyVice President of Services
Doug is responsible for all worldwide customer implementation activities for ATG solutions.A four-year veteran with ATG Professional Services, Doug is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of ATG's worldwide professional services organization.This includes overseeing ATG's interactions with its customers through project estimation and evaluation, training, architecture, implementation, migration, integration, and upgrade services.
Doug's past experience in the technology industry includes holding the vice president of services position at an ERP software provider (Infinium Software - now SSA Global).At Infinium, Doug was responsible for worldwide professional services.Prior to Infinium, Doug started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and has also held positions in product management and product development in the packaged software industry.
Doug received his MBA degree with an emphasis in computer science while on a graduate teaching fellowship at Northern Illinois University.He also holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University.
