Captain Anthony N. Gaeta has developed a broad base of aviation flight operations and safety skills during his career in the United States Air Force and through serving in senior management positions within the commercial aviation industry.He is noted for the promotion of excellence in Safety and undisputed regulatory compliance within organizations he serves.

Mr. Gaeta has utilized his aviation experience and leadership skills in providing consultation to a number of air carriers requiring certification.
The United States Air Force provided Mr. Gaeta with his initial aviation training (Navigator and Pilot) resulting in his officers' commission.Mr. Gaeta served with distinction in the USAF for ten years and was awarded the USAF Air Medal with a Citation for specific performance during the Viet Nam Conflict.
Captain Gaeta has earned FAA type ratings with the associated Pilot-In-Command flying hours in the DC-8, DC-9 (MD-80), DC-10, L-1011 and L-188 (Electra).He has accumulated 13,000 accident free flying hours from his combined military and commercial pilot services.
Mr. Gaeta's experience and in depth knowledge of Operations, Flight Operations, Security and passenger service functions, and insight to all aspects of Maintenance and Quality Control have aided him in successfully managing the certifications of three new entrant air carriers (Airline of the Americas/Ultrair, American International Airways and Pan American World Airways).
While working with Douglas Aircraft Company Captain Gaeta coordinated flight activities and flight training for Garuda Indonesian Airways and Nigerian Airways.The activities for Douglas were carried out from Singapore and the United Kingdom, respectively.
Captain Gaeta in noted for his leadership and management skills which he has developed through his years of experience in such vital positions within the aviation industry as: Vice President - Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Production and Training Pilot, Line Pilot, and Director of Operations.
