Saeed Gaddi, Pakistani-American Association of Texas president, said businessowners at Harwin and Hillcroft are still reporting being robbed as they walkfrom their businesses along Harwin to their parking lots.They later see their merchandise show up for sale at small business stripcenters on Harwin, Gaddi said.

Saeed Gaddi is the president of the Pakistani American Association of Texas.He says business owners in the area feel a lack of uniformed presence and are especially vulnerable at the end of the day when they're closing up shop and heading home with cash or merchandise.
