Relocating from the state of Arizona, Michael Funk moved to Asheville in September 2006 to accept a newly created position with Eliada.He began his career as a Special Education teacher in both residential treatment and public school settings.He subsequently worked at both the Arizona Department of Education/Special Education and the Arizona Division of Behavioral Health Services.Beyond experience at the State level, Michael has worked extensively in the areas of Quality Management and Research/Evaluation within Managed Care Organizations and Provider Networks.
