Heather Fulsom joined CPRN in July 1999.She is responsible for managing (from initiation to close-out) many of CPRN's research projects.Among her previous positions, Heather is a former Bell Canada employee and brings to CPRN extensive experience in administration, project planning and coordination.

Heather is a member of the Project Management Institute (Ottawa Valley Chapter) and is currently working towards PMP certification.
