Glenn Fujimoto has over 18 years of hands-on lean manufacturing and consulting experience. While Director of Lean Initiatives at Affordable Interior Systems he was instrumental in implementation of a lean production system that was recognized by the Shingo Prize in 2003. With the Hon Company in the 90's, Glenn learned the application of the Toyota Production System and trained under the Shingijitsu consultants.
