That's because whenever people embark on a building project, no matter what their economic level, they bring high expectations and hopes, noted Fujimoto.But their budget may be too low."Our task," he said, "is to turn expectations into reality, and often, something has to give."
His advice is to spend enough so that you're happy with the end result."You're only denying yourself if you don't achieve what you want," he said.
