    Chef Ray Fucillo, owner of Not Just Seafood, ladled out cup after cup of lobster bisque at his corner table.A former assistant executive chef at the Ritz Carlton in Boston, he now operates a 50-seat restaurant in Rockland, where he grew up.His menu boasts 1,163 dishes, made to order.He made 12 gallons of lobster bisque for Wednesday's event. Fucillo said he was impressed with the food knowledge of the people who attended the event. 'They're foodies,' he said. 'The high level of interest tells me they're not just looking for a good meal for a low price.'
