Edward J. Fucillo, J.D. was born in 1957 and is married with three children.
He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.
In 1994, he worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorneys Office in Tampa, Florida, where he assisted in the prosecution of federal crimes in the Economic, Major Crimes, Organized Crimes and Drug Task Force Divisions.
In 1994 & 1995, he was a CLI Prosecutor for the Dade County State Attorney's Office.
In 1995, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and recognized for his excellence in written and oral advocacy.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the West Coast Claims Association.
His vast legal experience includes the representation of clients in cases involving automobile negligence, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, commercial trucking, insurance defense and real estate litigation.
