Dana joined Volaris Online in March of 2000 as the company MIS Project Manager.Dana's responsibilities include customer data management, MIS management, IT application support for billing, payment processing, collections, statement generation and reporting.

Prior to joining Volaris Dana served as the Information Technology/Billing Manager for Orlando Utilities Commission, Process Manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Project and Client Site Manager for ASD Consulting, and worked in diverse programmer/analyst positions.

Dana holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Appalachian State University.

Ms. Frye joined VOLARIS ONLINE in March 2000.Previously, she was the Information Technology/Billing Manager for a local utilities company and spent most of her career as an IT Consultant including 2.5 years with Andersen Consulting.Ms. Frye brings over 12 years of experience in the information systems/technology field.She holds a bachelor of science degree in Applied Mathematics from Appalachian State University.
