Kathy Frost Sales Associate / Agent

Kathy Frost is a real estate sales associate with EXIT REALTY MOUNTAIN HOME.Although born in Missouri, she made her way to Arkansas as quickly as possible!She has been a resident of Arkansas for nearly 40 years, growing up in the Hardy, Arkansas area.She met her husband, Scott, after he completed a 4 ½ year term serving in the Navy on a nuclear submarine.They moved to Mountain Home a couple of years after they were married, and have lived here for more than 20 years.Scott has served in National Guard to complete his 20 year term in the military, and he was with the Mountain Home 224th while they were stationed in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm.After six months or so in the sand, Scott was glad to get back to Mountain Home and all the trees!!He also loves to fish, when he can find the time.

Scott and Kathy love the Mountain Home area, and they enjoy spending time with family and friends.They have a menagerie of cats, dogs, and chickens, and feed assorted wildlife in their back yard.They have done a lot of their own home projects; including roofing, room additions, painting, etc.But, they have decided that neither would make a very good plumber!

Kathy graduated from Williford High School.She received an Associate of Arts degree in Business at Williams Baptist College (formerly Southern Baptist College) in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, and transferred to Arkansas State University in Jonesboro where she received a B.A. in Criminology.She has held several jobs, including working her way through college at various clerical and secretarial positions and a tennis ball factory!!She also worked for a short time as a radio dispatcher in a sheriff's office and as an admissions clerk in a hospital.She then spent 25 years in the telephone industry, but please don't hold that against her!!!She did acquire business skills and customer service experience which will enable her to assist you in finding the perfect buyer for your home or business, or to help you find that perfect home or business.
