Lisa and Jackie Froeliger, our gemologist, spent an intensive 13 days in the Philippines, Japan, China, and Hong Kong on a Gemological Institute of America travel program studying pearls of the region. Needless to say, they came back overflowing with information and knowledge, along with certifications from their Advanced Course on Philippine Golden South Sea Pearl Production.

Lisa, accompanied by Jackie Froeliger, our sales manager, and Susan Ruff, our marketing specialist, traveled to NY for the award ceremony on April 13th at the MJSA Expo New York trade show at the Javits Center.

Jackie performs a QC (quality control) check on every ring that leaves the studio. We have very strict quality control standards for fabrication, stone setting, and finishing, and she makes sure we meet it every time. We like to keep Jackie (and our clients) happy!

Once a ring has been delivered, Jackie also sends out quality control surveys.
