Ms. Diane Frisch

The Community Food Bank Board of Directors is pleased to announce the election of Diane Frisch as a new member of the Board.

Frisch currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Journal Broadcast Group- Tucson Operations.The stations are: KMXZ-FM ("MIXfm" 94.9), KQTH-FM ("The Truth" News/Talk 104.1), KGMG-FM ("MEGA"106.3/104.9) and KFFN-AM (ESPN 1490 "The Fan" Sport Radio).

Ms. Frisch's background includes General Manager positions for both radio and television properties in Idaho and Arizona.She has been recognized for her community involvement with the University of Arizona "Women Who Lead" Award, the Silver Award - League of United Latin American Citizens, and as Leadership Speaker for the University of Indiana.Ms. Frisch has also served on the boards of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Tucson.

Ms. Frisch was elected at the March 23, 2007 Community Food Bank Board meeting and will serve a three year term.

The showcase is designed to bring many resources to one location, said Diane Frisch, vice president and general manager of the Journal Broadcast Group. "It's just a great day to get outside and see all the things at once," Frisch said."You can visit all of the booths and you can shop." Visitors will have an opportunity to talk in-depth with the store owners, Frisch said.
