  Andrea got a great picture of me posing with her.I did not know who DF is, until I heard her harsh voice screaming Kumbaya towards Brother Jed.The best moment of the day was when four students, including myself, physically blocked her off from Brother Jed so that we could listen to what he was saying.The fact that we chose offensive and unbelievable Brother Jed speaks something of the vileness of Deb Frisch.Turns out she's an internet celebrity, one of those infamous ones.I feel tainted and defiledhonored to have been graced by her presence, and also to have bore witness to her being thrown out of the little circle of people by an civvie-clothed EPD officer after things got too heated between Jed and Deb.

  Well the saga of our favorite PhD/ "word warrior" Deb Frisch (chronicled here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here) is slowly grinding to a halt, and as many suspected it looks like the stopping point will be a jail cell.
  
  After being charged with telephonic harrassment in Oregon a restraing order was issued against Dr. Frisch, at the request of Jeff Golstein of Protien Wisdom, in Colorado.

  Frisch has now allegedly violated the restraining order and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

  Dr. Frisch has removed her website, but many of her posts and comments can still be found on Technorati and Google.
  
  After the Frisch-Goldstein drama, Frisch was charged in Oregon with stalking and telephone harassment in a matter unrelated to Goldstein.
  
  Meanwhile, Goldstein obtained a restraining order against Frisch in Denver.Alleging she violated the order, he then obtained a contempt citation against her.When she didn't appear last week to show cause why she shouldn't be held in contempt of court, the matter was continued until today.
  
  At the court hearing in Denver this morning, Frisch again didn't show, although her lawyer did.Despite his efforts on her behalf, the Judge ordered the arrest warrant to be activated.

  Deb Frisch is, uh, make that was an adjunct lecturer in psychology at the University of Arizona professor.

  Our favorite PhD and Decision and Risk Management Specialist has not been seen at her blog since Sept. 2nd.This was approximately a week after she was charged with Telephonic Harrassment.Is she in the slammer?

  We've learned (via a call to the Lane County Courthouse) thatFrisch's criminal case has been settled.A copy of the courtresolution will be available for purchase tomorrow (Friday).
  
  On another note, a recent blog which Frisch had openedto slime a member of the Sacramento Fire Department(http://psychosactohoser.blogspot.com) vanished at around5:15 Pacific Time, Wednesday.We speculate that Frisch mayhave been "influenced" to take down the blog during her dayin court. (One member of Squeaky Wheel.com, who had writtenBlogger about the site, was told that *they* wouldn't remove thesite-its defamatory content, notwithstanding.Hence our hypothesisthat Deb did so, perhaps under legal duress.)

  The Squeaky Wheel came about because we started to form a community and wanted a place to hang out that wasn't about Deb.She followed to the new digs and commentedd for a while, but we moved on.Don't Hire Deb exists because of her and will remain because of her.TSW isn't about her (although many of us are very interested in what is happening as she has attacked several of the regulars).If something happens with her, we hear about it and pay attention, but we enjoy life more when she isn't around.
