Daniel J. Frisch
Dan Frisch is a widely recognized authority on transfer pricing, the economics of international tax policy, and revenue estimation of international tax issues.
He has testified before the U.S. Tax Court as an expert witness in several transfer pricing proceedings.
Examples include cases involving Seagate Technology Inc., National Semiconductor, Apple Computer, DHL, and GAC Produce Co.
Frisch has been an invited speaker at numerous conferences held by the Tax Executives Institute, Georgetown University Law Center, International Fiscal Association, American Bar Association, American Enterprise Institute, and other groups.
His articles have appeared in journals such as Tax Notes and the National Tax Journal.
Prior to joining Horst Frisch, Dan was a Principal at KPMG Peat Marwick.
