Jarma Frisby Jarma Frisby earned her BA is sociology in 1979 and her MS in Health Services Administration in 1998.Jarma Completed her entry into the health field in 1992 when she served as Teen Services Coordinator/Health Educator, Spectrum Health Services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.In 1997, she became the Program Analyst for the Office of Maternal and Child Health with the Philadelphia DPH.In the past five years, Jarma has developed and implemented a Health Resource Center in a Philadelphia high school, provided social service case management to prenatal patients in a community health center, monitored and evaluated the performance of 10 Healthy Start contracts.Jarma also collaborated with several child welfare providers in developing a neighborhood-based cross training curriculum and planned for citywide implementation.Jarma has been members of the a number of other organizations; including, CHOICE, Pennsylvania Public Health Association, YWCA of Germantown, and Keystone Mercy Health Plan-Health Education Advisory Committee.
