Owen Friedman

Owen Friedman, Property Manager With over 27 years of property management experience, Owen became a member of the Concordian team as Property Manager in 2006. Owen earned a B.Sc. from the University of Guelph and attained the CSM (Certified Shopping Centre Manager) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. With a management portfolio of 40 retail, industrial, and commercial properties, Owen draws on both his technical and customer service skills in his efforts to enhance the quality of Concordian's assets and satisfy the needs of its tenants, which, along with its employees, form the foundation of Concordian's success.
