Heather works directly with the President and CEO in implementing requests for Innovational Services, Inc.,s assistance which include, career transition, executive coaching, and leadership development.Her strength is in her genuine concern for individuals and her ability to relate their needs and goals to the changing trends, issues and growth occurring in the business world.She effectively connects with companies, organizations, and regional networks to assist clients in making connections to key decision makers.In working with clients, she provides resources, support, communication techniques and strategies to provide the structure to obtain successful results in networking and create opportunities for rewarding and fulfilling careers.Heather also enjoys her accountability for the operation and growth process of the company, as well as the collaboration and facilitation of the Innovational Services, Inc. ,University Series,.Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University, focused on business and leadership development.In addition, she delivers services that create organizational structure for professionals, and is a member of National Association of Professional Organizers.Heather is an active member in various business organizations and charities such as Women,s Regional Business Council, 21st Century Society, Hannah House, and the Young Professionals Network.
