Who's Rob Fredley? In addition to overseeing all creative work at Virid, Rob works directly with clients to establish effective and brand centric strategies for their online retail operations. He is involved in setting specific directions and goals at each stage of the design process and works with the creative group to exceed clients' expectations every day. Additionally, Rob is responsible for discovering and analyzing internet trends-like social networking, rich media, and crowdsourcing-to determine their impact on Virid's business and the brands they partner with.

His constant focus on design standards, trends, user experience, information architecture, and genuine best practices in the industry make him a leader in the space and respected in the community.

Every year the Web Marketing Association selects judges from a pool of creative talent across multiple industries with a focus in interactive design and marketing.The selection of Mr. Fredley validates Virid's position as a leading interactive services agency and recognizes their contribution to excellence in web site design and development.

Mr. Fredley began his career in the DC area in 1994 as a graphic artist at Allied Advertising promoting the movie industry in the DC area.After a brief stint with Eagle Design & Management, he joined Proxicom in 1996 where he developed award winning solutions for SaabUSA, BMW, CNBC, Merrill Lynch, among many others.Before starting at Virid with in 1999, he worked in the Bethesda office of USWeb/CKS where he developed solutions for USAirways, iHomeDecor, and other marquis clients.
