Jay Fredkin, CEO/President ENIJay Fredkin has assembled and leads a team of professionals chartered with building and maintaining a world-class B2B enterprise within the environmental, construction and water industries.Jay brings to ENI over 20 years successful executive management experience, including direct experience in operations, sales and marketing, startup, acquisitions and project engineering within high technology firms.Prior to joining ENI, Jay was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Integrated Services at National Technical Systems where he was responsible for strategic direction and integration of the service offerings of over 20 division locations.Jay also served as Vice President of New Ventures, while developing technology-based businesses to complement the existing client base.Jay's tenures at NTS, AETC and Raytheon consisted of various positions including: President of an ISO 9000/14001 Registration Business, Vice President of Nuclear Services, Division Manager, Director of Business Development, and Engineering/ Project Management.Jay is on the Board of Directors of several companies and has served on the ICB board of three registrars including Raytheon, NQA-USA and NTS-CS.Jay holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, has taken numerous graduate courses in engineering and business, actively participates in a mentor program, and is a member of TEC (an organization comprised of CEOs committed to continuous learning).
