    Holly began delivering SuperHost customer servisce workshops in 1994 when she was a volunteer trainer for the Commonwealth Games in Victoria.Selected due to her high energy level and solid background in customer service, she immediately found the focus of SuperHost training was a good fit.

    Recruited by Tourism BC in 1998 for the role of Training Advisor for the SuperHost program, Holly has also taught Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.She has a certificate of Adult Education from UVIC and a Business Diploma in Marketing from Camosun College.

    Holly recently assisted with the creation of two SuperHost products - The Solutions Series and she is excited to be involved in the development of this workshop to serve and welcome Chinese visitors.

    As a Master Trainer, she models effective and supportive facilitation and evaluation shills to coach all levels of trainers.Holly believes learning is best when it's participatory and fun--and that's exactly the learning environment she creates.
