Born July 14, 1919, in Beaver Falls, a daughter of the late Samuel and A. Dorothy Jack Frederick, she was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School and had been employed at the Ingram-Richardson Manufacturing Company and at the former Curtis Wright Plant, where she had been a secretary.She was also a real estate agent for the Robert Garvin Agency in Chippewa Township.An active member of the community, she was a member of the College Hill Presbyterian Church, Circle I, and was past president of the Chippewa Women's Club, Happy Bunch Square Dance Club, past secretary of the United Commercial Travelers, a member of the National American Ex-Prisoners of War Association, and was a longtime organist at the former Campbell Memorial Presbyterian Church on College Hill.
