HALO is a Dallas, TX based private investigations firm that operates throughout Texas. 

Although we provide general investigative services such as background checks, surveillance, family & civil case investigations, we specialize in criminal defense and post-conviction investigations including new evidence, crime scene reconstruction, case review, civil rights violations and police procedure/accountability. 

I am the President and founder of HALO and I formerly served as a Captain in the Internal Affairs Division and finally as a Chief of Police. 

My law enforcement background provided training and experience that developed the skills I use today to discover and produce information in criminal defense and appeal/post conviction cases throughout Texas.
