Nigel FranklinNigel Franklin manages partnerships and alliances for Classical.com.He is a sales and marketing specialist having taken start-up or young technology companies from idea to multi-million pound businesses.During the dotcom boom he was an original member of star online auctioneer QXL.com which grew within 2½ years into a 400 employee company with operations in 12 European countries , leading to nomination as "Best European ecommerce site" by Forrester Research.Previously Nigel co-founded corporate telecoms business LCR Telecom which expanded into 8 countries with 200 employees, attracting 10,000 corporate clients and generating $50 million in turnover.More recently he conceived and set up consumer electricals ecommerce business Panther Online which achieved £4m sales in its first year.Nigel has an Engineering Science degree from Oxford and an MBA from London Business School.
