   Dick Frankel is a cofounder, Director and Treasurer of Provisdom Corporation providing related business experience in high technology companies.He brings over 40 years of business experience to Provisdom.During that time Mr. Frankel co-founded seven high-tech startups, four of which are still active: Provisdom Corporation, Ice-tex, Nanosolar, Inc. (www.nanosolar.com), and Mydax, Inc. (www.mydax.com).The other three include: Microsemiconductor, Inc., which was formerly a NYSE corporation; Nuclear Science & Engineering Corporation, which was purchased by ICN Pharmaceuticals, also a NYSE company; and Kevex Corporation, which Mr. Frankel took public and later sold to a subsidiary of British American Tobacco, Ltd as a result of a hostile tender offer.
   
   Mr. Frankel holds a BS in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.He is currently Regent Emeritus of Santa Clara University and is a former Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Leavey School of Business of the Santa Clara University.Mr. Frankel is also a former Director of the American Electronics Association.
   
   Mr. Frankel served in WWII with the US 9th Army in two European campaigns.He is a member (26 years) of the US Naval Institute and the Naval Foundation Leadership Club.
