   Tina acts as an independent program consultant to organizations producing conferences for the women's market. In this capacity, she designs the content and creates programs for events ranging from 5,000 women in the Bay Area to the California Governor's Conference on Women in Southern California with an audience of 10,000 women. Before starting her own consulting business in 1998, Tina served for five years as Bay Area Regional Director for the California Trade and Commerce Agency, an agency whose mission is to attract and retain businesses and jobs for California. She resides in San Francisco, where she currently sits on the boards of the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation and Educate Girls Globally (EGG) and is a member of Women's Forum West

   Tina Frank acts as an independent consultant to organizations producing conferences for the women's market. Before starting her own consulting business, she served as Bay Area regional director for the California Trade and Commerce Agency for five years. As an appointee of then-Governor Pete Wilson , she worked closely with the business community and every level of government. In 2002, she was hired by the Richard Riordan's to build a statewide coalition of women to ensure support of his Republican voting base in the California gubernatorial race against Gray Davis. She was also called upon to identify issues of concern among women and formulate policy positions for the candidate. She currently sits on the board of the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation and Educate Girls Globally. Other public positions have included recent board positions on the Bay Area Regional Technology Alliance, Achievement Rewards for College Scientists and the Professional Business Women of California (PBWC).
