   Thomas D. Frank Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager Chartered Financial Analyst Tom Frank is responsible for the development and oversight of Chevy Chase Trust's equity strategy, equity securities research, and fixed income strategy. He is co-architect of Chevy Chase Trust's Multi-Cap Equity strategy, and has 20 years of investment management experience.
   
   Mr. Frank began his investment career in 1987 at Salomon Smith Barney, where he spent 11 years and rose to First Vice President/Investments.
   
   In 1998, he joined Philip Tucker Investment Management where he served as a principal, managing many of the firm's largest relationships. He joined Chevy Chase Trust in 2001, when it acquired the firm.
   
   Mr. Frank graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts. Mr. Frank also is a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington.
