  Shawn Frank, of Sebago Technics, Inc., presented the plan.Mr. Frank stated that the applicant intends to build an access drive that will be constructed to standards for an industrial/ commercial drive to allow for future expansion of the site to the rear of the property.Other site improvements noted by Mr. Frank were the extension of public water into the site, an overhead pole light and on-site septic disposal.Mr. Frank noted that septic test pits have been dug and that the site will be graded to drain away from the property.Mr. Frank explained that a tree buffer will be left in place and that there are some wetlands on the property.Mr. Frank concluded his presentation with a reminder that a site walk has been scheduled for April 28th.

  Sean Frank, an engineer for Sebago Technics, was the representative for the bank.He presented a site plan delineating the proposed modifications to the property, which is on the southwest corner of Elm and Main.Among the proposed changes is a 1,260 sq. ft. addition to the building, which would be leased for professional offices.Frank characterized this addition as necessary to "make this work."He acknowledged that the setbacks were not in conformance with the 15-foot minimum setbacks required in this area of the Village.Frank stated that the setback issue might need to be resolved by the Board of Appeals.

  Shawn was one of Sebago Technics' original hires, joining the firm in 1985. As a senior project manager, he specializes in the design and permitting of residential subdivisions and commercial site plans. His attention to publicly sensitive issues, combined with his technical knowledge make him highly effective at dealing with local concerns and project impacts both during and after construction.
  
  Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Norwich University. He is a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
