Prior to joining the firm, David practiced at a large, international law firm and a complex litigation boutique in Kansas City.He is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin, Missouri and Kansas bars, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Milwaukee Bar Association.David has also lectured to legal professionals on punitive damages and unique Wisconsin rules.

In addition to his professional work, David is a member of the Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren pro bono project and is involved in the United Way.David also serves on the firm's Recruiting Committee and is the Chair of the firm's Summer Associate Program.

David received his undergraduate degree in behavioral science and law with a second major in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.He earned his law degree with high honors from Drake University Law School where he published in and served on the editorial board of the Drake Law Review.He was also elected to the Order of the Coif.

Outside of his practice, David enjoys traveling, scuba diving and skiing with his wife, as well as hanging out with his family.
