David Frank is the Director of Audit Services at Donald McLean & Co.Upon his graduation from USC where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business, he spent time at Cantor Fitzgerald and Deloitte & Touché before joining the firm in 1989.Under his direction, the firm successfully completed independent peer reviews conducted by a team appointed by the California Society of CPAs in 1996, 1999, 2002 and 2005.He currently is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dave is past president of the San Diego Breakfast Rotary and Rotary Club of Temecula of which he is a current member.He likes to spend his free time with his son Conor enjoying various outdoor activities.
