William Frank Maximum Impact Training Facilitator
After a successful 20-year career in sales and management Bill Frank decided it was time to put his experience and knowledge of his industry to a slightly different use - corporate training.As a Maximum Impact Corporate Training Facilitator, Frank serves his clients in two primary areas: 1) Assisting them in clearly defining the value they provide to their customers and how that value differentiates them in their markets.2) Coaching managers in leadership: what it takes to have your people follow you because they want to, not because they have to.
In the past, Frank has worked as a consultant with such companies as Performance Methods, Inc, where he focused primarily in assisting their clients in new hire sales training, industry knowledge training, new product introductions, and hands on coaching for their management team.Prior to PMI, Frank worked with Siebel's Multichannel Services as a Senior Independent Consultant.In this position, he assisted Siebel's clients by increasing revenue through repeatable business processes.He has worked throughout the world to help an array of clients, including: Allstate Insurance, Bayer, Bell South, Cisco Systems, Computer Associates, Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, SAP and Wyeth.
Before entering consulting, he was an executive with Anacomp, Inc.In addition to exceeding his sales/profit goals, he was selected by executive management to be on the corporate task force for strategic direction.Prior to Anacomp, Frank's high energy and drive helped him hold various management positions at Wang Laboratories.He was recognized nationally for hiring and developing top performing managers.He began his career with IBM where he was a consistent top producer winning "National Sales Leader" and "Excellent in Marketing" awards as well as qualifying for eleven hundred percent clubs and a "Golden Circle."
Frank served his country as a U. S. Army helicopter pilot where he was decorated with the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Army Commendation Medal for Valor.
Frank and his wife Jean live in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoy their free time with their four children.
