Ms. Frank joined Exigent International, Inc. on August 1, 1997, as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO.In September 1997, she was elected to serve as Secretary to Exigent's Board of Directors.Since June 1999, Ms. Frank has also been elected to serve as Secretary to Exigent's subsidiary companies.Prior to joining Exigent, Ms. Frank was Assistant to the CEO and Corporate Secretary of AirNet Communications Corporation (1994 to 1997).Ms. Frank is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and is working to obtain her Bachelors in Business Administration through the University of Phoenix Online.
