  Bishop L. W. Francisco III, D. Min.Bishop L. W. Francisco III stands in the office of pastor/teacher to the body of Christ with a prophetic voice to today's generation.He received a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from the International Bible College and Seminary in Independence, Missouri, and a Master of Arts and a Doctorate in Ministry from Carolina University of Theology.He was ordained as Pastor in 1986 and installed as Bishop in 1993 by the Virginia Mennonite Conference.
  
  He serves as Senior Pastor of Calvary Community Church in Hampton, Virginia; founder of Calvary Christian Academy (1991) and founder/President of Calvary Bible College (1997); Bishop/founder of Calvary Covenant Ministries, Inc. (CCM, Inc.), an organization that provides spiritual covering for, relationship and partnership with its affiliated member churches; and President of the African-American Mennonite Association (AAMA), an organization, that ministers to the needs of several African-American and integrated congregations worldwide.Bishop Francisco is the author of three books: Breaking the Chains of Limitations, The Needs of the Male Man, and God's Formula for Productive Faith.Additionally, Bishop Francisco is the host of The Voice of Restoration, Calvary's radio broadcast, which can be heard each weekday at 2:30 p.m. on WTJZ 1270 AM, as well as each weekday at 11:45 on WKGM 940 AM.The Voice of Restoration television broadcast is aired on UPN (COX cable channel 7 or Channel 27) each Sunday at 7:00 a.m.
