Raymond Francis, Bedminster, PARaymond Francis owns and operates Offington Stables, in Bedminster, PA.He has trained many top junior hunters, conformation hunters and equitation riders throughout his career.He has owned and shown many of the top breeding horses to championship level at such shows as Devon, Capital Challenge and the National Hunter Futurity as well as USA Equestrian Horse of the Year Champions.Ray is a recognized judge with USA Equestrian, and has judged for 40 years, officiating at all the top horse shows in the U.S. and Canada.He is a current member of the USA Equestrian Hunter Breeding Committee and Zone 2 Committee.In 2001, Ray was inducted into the National Show Hunter Hall of Fame.Also in 2001, he was the recipient of the Leading Handler Award at Devon for the third time.Ray is very active in Zone 2 advising new horse show management and supporting the breeding show locally and nationally.He continues to judge and steward numerous shows throughout the country.He is an active participant in maintaining and improving the quality of shows in our zone and is always available to answer questions and take suggestions from zone members.Ray attended 15 out of the past 16 meetings since September 1998. -
