Steve's quick response, sincerity, and follow through on commitment have made a positive impact on his customers.His background in aviation as a past FBO owner enables Steve to understand and solve the complex challenges facing the FBO's in today's market place.His quick response and ability to create positive solutions so aircraft can quickly be repaired and able to fly is what sets Steve apart from his peers in the industry.Steve provides products which can be delivered in an expeditious manner and is known as one of the most trustworthy people in the industry.
As a result of his experience as a sales representative, where he sold aircraft parts to maintenance facilities, flight schools, corporate aviation maintenance departments and aircraft engine overhaul shops, Steve became an expert in supplying parts to his customers.However, Steve also brings the other side of aviation to the table, having years of experience as a broker/trainer, where he provided training, technical assistance, and supervision to the sales, customer service, and purchasing personnel.
Since joining Keyson Airways, Steve has continued to work closely with his customers by providing personalized, accurate and complete service to everyone.He enjoys the research necessary to provide customized solutions for his clientele.While Keyson is a Cessna Service Center, Steve continues to maintain, purchase and sell parts for any and all general aircraft.
