Rupert Foxwell is the Senior Pastor of Church On The Way at the River Centre in Tonbridge, England, which he founded with his wife Penny in 1998.Rupert studied Law at Cambridge University and was a solicitor and investment banker in London until 1990 when he moved to Oxford with Penny and their three sons to train for ordination in the Church of England.He was dramatically impacted by God,s presence in Toronto in 1994 and has been radically pursuing intimacy with Jesus and the presence and power of the Kingdom ever since.
