Phil Foxwell likes to joke that he was "made in Japan" , back when the quality was a little lower that it is now.Born in Japan, he grew up here and spent a lot of time going back and forth to the United States.He is currently executive vice president of Foxmark International (http://www.fmigroup.com), a company (KK in Japan) he founded in 1991.

Born and raised in Japan, Phil is bilingual and multicultural.Phil grew up with an interest in the intersection of cultures - how to match the needs of one culture with the opportunities in another, and, how to take advantage of the best of both worlds.After graduating from Wheaton College in Illinois, Phil joined ServiceMaster, one of the largest facility management companies in the world, where he was stationed in Tokyo as Vice President, responsible for the company's joint venture and strategic alliance activities.During his tenure, Phil was able to utilize his cultural curiosity and experience by completing numerous deals with multinational firms within the Japanese and Asian markets.Since founding Foxmark in 1991, Phil has continued to pursue his passion for international market development and he is also a bilingual seminar panelist, speaker, and writer on this topic.
