  Cliff is a consultant physiotherapist at FSRI. Cliff received his certification in physiotherapy in London, England in 1959 and passed the International Manipulation Examination at the first International Meeting of Manual Therapists in 1973. He was an examiner for the Canadian Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Board from 1978, served as Chief Examiner from 1982 to 1985 and examiner for NAIOMT since its inauguration. He taught extensively in the US and Canada and internationally.
