Prior to this assignment, Ms. Fournier was Vice President of Stirling Properties Jackson Division.She was the exclusive Broker representing several properties in the Metro Jackson area on behalf of Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co. and was responsible for overseeing all phases of development, management, marketing and sales as well as representing their interest on several committees and Boards.Stirling Properties was named the 1999 Business of the Year by Madison City Chamber of Commerce during the period she served as Vice President of the Jackson Division.

Ms. Fournier has developed market strategy for commercial and residential developments, contacted and monitored potential clients and customers, coordinated and assisted in due diligence inspection periods.She has negotiated new leases and renewals with existing tenants for company and client managed properties.She has also handled the marketing, negotiation, and sale or lease of vacant parcels of land.

She was the exclusive Broker for Nichiei Corporation of Yokahama, Japan, owners of LeTriomphe Golf Club and Residential Community in Broussard, Louisiana.Le Triomphe is a 392-acre development with 241 developed residential lots, several commercial and residential tracts and an 18-hole championship golf course.The entire project was successfully completed and sold in 1998.

Her clients have included Ambling Development, Wendy's, Nichiei Corporation, LeTriomphe, Louisiana Health Systems, Fairfax Foster Bailey Estate, Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, Browning Ferris Industries, Hunt Oil Company, and Schlumberger Well Services.

Ms. Fournier holds both a Mississippi and Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License.She received the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 1994 and the Graduate Realtors Institute designation in 1988.She has also completed a 50-hour Real Estate Investment and Syndication Course in 1989, Ms. Fournier was selected as the Lafayette Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year.She was elected President of the Lafayette Board of Realtors in 1997 and President Elect in 1996.She has served the Louisiana Realtors as Legislative Chairman, Regional VP and as a LARPAC Trustee.She is a graduate of Mississippi Association of Realtors Leadership Class of 1999 and a Graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XII.
