Clarence Foster

Clarence Foster, 40, Founder and President of Digital Airwave Inc. previously held positions with the State of Washington as a law enforcement officer and IT Manager.After leaving the public sector, he held positions as a Network Analyst with Attachmate Corporation, Senior Network Engineer, Global Support Manger, and Regional Services Manager for F5 Networks, where he was responsible for the Consulting and Sales Engineering for the West Coast, and most recently as a Wireless Network Engineer for Maverick Wireless.He has expertise in the areas of integrating SNA, Unix and Windows networks, high-speed redundant load-balancing technology, wireless engineering, and security.

Mr. Foster has earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Washington State University with a second major in Business, and has completed five nine-month continuing-education certificate programs from the University of Washington in Unix Networking, Windows Networking, Wireless Communications, Network Security, and Network Engineering.
