ForestMen and David Forest Entertaiment founder, DAVID FOREST, was born in Long Beach, Califonia December 12, 1948.

His family moved to West Los Angeles when David was 12, and he graduated from Palisades High School in June of 1966 (voted "Most Likely to Succeed").Forest entered Stanford University at age 17 1/2 (Fall of '66) intending to go on to medical school and become a plastic surgeon.He became social chairman of his freshmen dorm, and began a band booking business out of his dorm room (booking local bands to Stanford frat parties and local high school dances).Not knowing about his future in the erotic talent business, Forest began booking a female "top-less" dancer, The Fabulous Adelle.He'd book her with his bands for frat parties.Little did David know that he'd someday be booking male erotic stars for a living.He got so involved with his new venture, that he quickly "changed" his goals, and decided that Medical School just wouldn't be the path for him.
DAVID met a young band in 1966 called FRITZ.The group featured 2 young musicians that David knew would become huge stars: STEVIE NICKS and LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM.

Forest managed their band, and continued his relationship with them for several years, until they went off to join Fleetwood Mac (1975).

DAVID left Graham's agency after 6 months (September of 1969) and took a job at IFA in Los Angeles (booking Janis Joplin, Iron Butterfly, The Doors and others).

Then, in January 1970, Forest was asked by David Geffen to come head up the Contemporary Music Department at CMA (another world-wide talent agency).

Forest worked with Corbin for many years, but the "Bernsen" career just didn't take off during those years (Corbin became L.A. Law's "Arnie Becker," beginning in 1984 ... for 7 successful seasons).

In 1973 Forest left CMA and created his own agency, and within 6 months switched over to concert promotion and management.

Forest was the first one to introduce L.A. audiences to: Oingo Boingo, Grace Jones, The Go Go's, 999, The Police (Sting), Fabulous Poodles, Gang of Four, Joe Jackson and others in the "new wave" movement.

In 1979 Forest left the Whisky and became the booking director at the famous rock club, Starwood.It was there that he began doing the punk rock nights that became so famous: Fear, The Germs, Black Flag, Social Distortion, X, Darby Crash and others packed the club on the punk nights.Forest personally managed The Circle Jerks for a while.While at the Starwood, Forest met Nicki Sixx, and managed Nicki's band, London.

Forest left the music industry in 1981, after 15 WILD and CRAZY years ("Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n Roll").It was in the summer of '81 that he began his "new life," booking and managing gorgeous male erotic stars.

Forest handled their movie, print, LIVE and escort bookings.He handled all of CHI CHI LaRUE's live nightclub bookings, and created the now famous CHI CHI - MARCO ROSSI - TOM KATT tours.By 1995 Forest handled every top male erotic star in the business.In August of 1996 he produced his first adult film: "Idol in the Sky" for Odyssey Men Video (which ended up being RYAN IDOL's final movie of his career).
Eventually, it was the Brad's Buddies business (the "private meetings" area) that ended up sending Forest to prison in November of 1996.He served 19 1/2 mos. in the Calif. State Prison system, paroling in June of 1998.After 6 months of getting re-adjusted to "normal life," Forest began putting his erotic star management business back together (no escort bookings ever again).One by one he began signing stars for management and booking (film, print and LIVE appearances).Starting with former clients, J.T. Sloan and Adam Hart, Forest began his "climb" back to the top.
