Dr. David Forest

David Forest is the first physician to join Sun Health Obstetrics and Gynecology , which will serve the new Center for Women's Health at Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital in Sun City West.

The center , set to open in February , will deliver babies for the first time at the hospital originally targeted at the senior population.

Forest , who has delivered more than 1 , 000 babies , has been named chairman of the obstetrics/gynecology section of the department of surgery for the center.

Desert Sam gets new offices.

Lillibridge Health Trust , a Chicago-based private real estate investment trust , has been awarded a medical office building development project for Banner Health System's Desert Samaritan Medical Center in Mesa.

The project will be a 90 , 000-square-foot medical office building and a connecting five-story parking facility.The REIT will fund and build the facility next year and will handle activation , tenant move-in and ongoing management of the facility.

A graduate, with honors, of The University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School in 1988, Dr. Forest practiced at Park Lenox Obstetrics and Gynecology and was affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital, both in Manhattan, New York, before coming to Sun Health.

He also served as a clinical instructor at New York University, Lenox Hill Hospital, State University of New York, and Pace University.

Although Dr. Forest has been trained and practices in all facets of generalized obstetrics and gynecology, he has a special interest in obstetrical care, minimally invasive gynecological surgery, pelvic floor reconstruction and disorders of the cervix.

Dr. Forest is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
