Tyler Ford, the founder of RoadBikeRides.com, is an avid cyclist and triathlete who has had a passion for cycling since 1988.Ford was a top-producing loan officer in Tucson, Arizona but always had a vision of getting involved in the cycling industry in a bigger way than just riding and racing his bike.

In July, 2007 Ford decided to leave his lucrative desk job in order to pursue that dream.He purchased the RoadBikeRides.com URL and founded Outdoor Activities, LLC.Today, Ford is living his dream of serving the cycling community and even sponsors local Tucson cycling team, GST Racing.

As of July 2007, Tyler Ford resigned as a loan officer from First Magnus Financial Corp to pursue other opportunities outside of the mortgage industry. First Magnus Financial had done some things that Tyler thought were unethical; consequently he decided to exit the business. Tyler's resignation was prior to the collapse of First Magnus Financial, so the timing could not have been any better for Tyler.

Tyler Ford a lifetime Arizonan, raised in Tucson and a graduate of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.

Tyler has great deal of experience in the real estate field. Tyler was initially as real estate agent and then investor. It was as an investor that he became involved with Charter Funding / First Mangus Financial in 2000 and developed an interest in the mortgage industry. Tyler became recognized in Tucson as a mortgage-originating leader.

Tyler also has a passion for health and nutrition and is an athletic enthusiasts; enjoying the entire outdoor benefits Tucson has to offer.

Tyler Ford believes "There are many things in life you get a second chance at like relationships, finances, and careers. Your health is one thing that you do not get a second chance at. So why not take care of yourself?"
