Trish Ford is an education consultant based in Wales.After 32 years' teaching experience in England, Denmark and Wales, she entered the field of International Dimension in Education in 1994, leading the development of an Accreditation Scheme for West Wales, which has shaped the British Council's International School Award.As Advisory Teacher for International Dimension, she co-ordinated an area-linking curriculum project with schools in Denmark and Italy, leading seminars and a Comenius course for European teachers, and Local Education Authority In-Service Training (INSET) courses on International Dimension (ID) work across the curriculum.She is a Steering Group member of the Wales/British Council Regional Training Network, which organises ID training events across Wales.Currently working as an International Dimension Education Consultant, she recently visited Lesotho, running an INSET course for teachers and working with their Curriculum Development Officers
