John Ford is the Director of ZweigWhite's Management Education Program.His role is to help firm leaders, managers, and others in the A/E/C and environmental consulting industry overcome personal career and firm growth obstacles through open enrollment educational seminars and the creation of customized in-house development programs.
John advises firm leaders on how to increase the capacity of their employees to meet the challenges of their client base.

With over 25 years of experience, John has taken part in numerous industry, vendor and academic joint ventures that have had significant successes.John has developed customized programs for clients on the topics of leadership, mentoring, teambuilding, project management, business development, strategic business planning, strategic marketing planning, quality control, and interpersonal skills.
When not developing management education programs for ZweigWhite, John can be found on the campus of Granite State College where he is an adjunct faculty member teaching subjects such as Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Scenario Planning, and Knowledge Management Principles.John has also served in several leadership roles focusing on education including serving as a member of the National Oversight Board of Advisors for Project Lead the Way, which supports engineering programs in high schools, a member of the Board of Governors for the Higher Education Forum of New Hampshire, serving 2 years on the Industrial Board of Advisors at both Boston University's College of Engineering and Rochester Institute of Technology's Center for Applied Science and Technology.Currently John is an active member of the newly formed National Advisory Board for the Center for Multidisciplinary Studies at Rochester Institute of Technology.In addition John has had over eleven courses published and promoted by DSK Training Innovations.John holds a Masters Degree in Organization and Management from Antioch University of New England in Keene, NH.
