Mr. Flynn is responsible for the development and implementation of International Transmission's business entity and regulatory strategy.He retired in 2002 from Detroit Edison, where he provided legal counsel to the company relating to rates, environmental compliance, legislation and litigation.Prior to joining Detroit Edison in 1976, he held a private practice specializing in litigation.Mr. Flynn earned a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit, is admitted before both State and Federal courts, and is a registered lobbyist in the State of Michigan.He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served from 1969-1972.
