As Director - U.S. Markets, John spearheads the firm's efforts in the United States and leverages 20 years of experience in financial services to bring thought leadership and strategic solutions to our clients.

Prior to joining Dawnay Day AV Analytics, John served as the Sales Manager for Fetter Logic and Senior Sales Executive for Xtiva Financial Systems in New York.With both the companies providing Commission and Compliance Solutions to Banks and Broker Dealers, John focused on managing the National Territory concentrating on customised software solutions for new account suitability, AML, Patriot Act compliance and sophisticated analysis of trade and security blotters to maintain optimal regulatory and compliance posture.

With a background in mortgage banking and asset management, he has also served as a principal for Interbanc Mortgage and the Director of Business Development for Stockpoint, a financial analytics provider in San Francisco.He was also a Director of Business Development for The Castle Group, an asset management consulting firm in New York.His valuable experience in financial markets helped him to design alternative investment and private equity strategies for clients on behalf of Merrill Lynch.His main responsibilities included coordinating resources for business continuity, insurance, asset allocation, cash management, securitized lending, mortgage and trust services.
