Rev. Mark Fletcher

The Priest House Hotel in Castle Donington has welcomed Mark Fletcher as its new head chef.

Mark, previously at the Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, also a Hand Picked Hotel, has over a decade of experience working with a selection of award winning restaurants in the UK, creating inventive menus for fine dining.He has been recently promoted to Head Chef to contribute to the finest in locally sourced cuisine for the hotel which includes mouth watering dishes such as roast rump of lamb, braised neck meat and split pea casserole with tomato and parsley jus.
