About:Mark Fletcher Product Development / Estimating

Mark was originally hired at Designer Decal in June of 1996 as a Graphic Artist in our Art Department. In 1999, he took on the role of lead artist beginning his 6 year tenure as Art Department Supervisor. During that time, Mark embarked in extensive Lean Manufacturing training in conjunction with our parent company in Seattle. In 2006, Mark was promoted again to Production Manager and has the further opportunity to put his lean training into practice. Mark has recently taken on the challenge of Product Development and Estimating.

Mark enjoys attending Spokane First Church of the Nazarene, family, fishing, and cooking.

In February of 2006, Mark had the opportunity to tour much of Israel including the Temple Mount and the Jordan river (pictured). The near two week experience supplemented his already extensive Biblical knowledge.
