He serves as an adviser and board member, providing various functions to the development of the organization.
Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Fletcher served a variety of nonprofits and educational institutions with technology needs assessments, technology planning, and cost-effective online projects.
His professional background spans vast areas in the technology and defense industry.
He holds a graduate degree in English and Computer science from East Tennessee State University.
He works as a lead computer scientist for an international consulting firm providing services to fortune 500 companies.
His career has also encompassed other industries including forays into music.
He compose and perform music using the latest technology as well as utilizing traditional instruments, such as guitar and bass.
He utilized his music interest to provide entertainment to the elderly, the poor and sick.
